This website is served via Cloudflare Pages. Technically necessary access data is processed, including a shortened IP address, the date and time of access and the page requested. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and functioning operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For simple visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no user profiles; it only records aggregated figures such as page views, country of origin and device type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website to meet visitors’ needs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use no analytics or advertising cookies.
For availability and booking we embed a window from our booking provider Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Berlin). Any data you enter there is processed by Smoobu in order to handle your booking enquiry. The legal basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Smoobu's own privacy policy applies in addition.
Cameras are installed at the building covering the entrance and the parking area. The purpose is the protection of property and the safety of guests and residents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). There is no filming inside the apartment, on the terrace or in the garden.
If you write to us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. If a booking is made, we retain the data within the statutory retention periods.
