Check-in is from 16:00 via a key box — please let us know roughly when you'll arrive. Check-out is by 10:30 — happy to extend on request if no new guests arrive that day.

Up to 6 guests in three bedrooms: one double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed (140 cm below, 90 cm above). The sofa in the living room provides an extra bed if you need one.

The base rate covers 4 guests. Each additional guest costs €20 per night. On top of that come the final cleaning of €120 per stay and the local tourist tax.

Yes, by arrangement. We charge €30 per stay, added to the final cleaning. Please bring your own blanket or basket.

Children of all ages are welcome. We'll put a cot in free of charge on request.

€4.25 per person aged 14 or over per night; children under 14 are exempt. You pay it to us and we pass it on to the municipality. When you register, you also get the guest card.

Yes, free private parking right at the house comes with the apartment.

Skis, poles and boots go in the ski cellar, wet clothing in the warm drying room — everything is dry again by morning. There is a washing machine for €5 per use; you get the key from us.

550 metres to the Zamangbahn, which you can see from the terrace. It's 1.3 km to the Hochjochbahn. Public transport in the valley is included in the ski pass.

Yes. Take the train to Bludenz, then the Montafonerbahn to Schruns. From the station it's 1.4 km on foot across the Schrunser Feld, or you can take the bus — the stop is five minutes away.

Yes, throughout the apartment and fast enough for working from home.

Yes. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and bathroom basics are included in the price.

30% deposit on booking, the rest 14 days before arrival. You pay by card via the payment provider Stripe, right in the booking window. You'll find the cancellation terms on the Prices & booking page.
